Looks clean! I actually hate viewing all these threads, despite their goodness, only because I really should get mine drivable again.

As awesome as the fresh brakes look, i actually like seeing evos with cooked paint on the calipers. It means theyve been using them properly.

Looks very nice Dan, you've done a great job.

Evos cook their brembo's paint even with normal daily street use, so it's not a good indication of proper use.

Took the car for a good 25 minute drive today, few pulls to put some heat into the engine bay and the brakes. So far no paint has lifted or peeled yet and all the intercooler piping held up so good result.

Also dusted off my wallet today and changed the faded, brittle and cracked oil cap.
TROLLEY and stefan like this.

Cheers mate, has been rewarding see the car transform over the last week. Finally can pop the bonnet without the shame of that dirty, flaking engine bay

Ordered my next few goodies too; HKB standard length boss kit, 2 amp airbag resistor and a Nardi Personal steering wheel (as pictured). Both should be here next week and that will probably be the last mod for a while.

You'll love the wheel. I had one in my skyline. I got hassled for it though by the police as it replaced the oem air bag wheel.

That's the risk you run, and to be honest I don't really get pulled over that often or at all lately so fingers crossed.
