Peak hour this morning along wanneroo rd - theres a small accident in the right hand lane (fkall damage - just a bump) - lady decided to stop her car and get out and get details from the other driver for what seemed 10+ minutes - the traffic blockup behind them was horrific!

You get it everywhere.. even on the other side of the freeway, cops have someone pulled over, every slows to 40 so they can see if they know who it is... 'No, its not ur mate Clyde, now move along'

Lol not really an employee thing but yes that serioulsy annoys the shit out of me, people get in a bit of a bingle and just stop in the driving lane to exchange details and then natter on their mobile while being totally unaware of the massive back log of traffic.

I know a few people who have had people get back in their cars to move around the corner do a runner and since they don't have the details of the f&^ker that ran into them they cop what is effectively an at fault accident through their insurance company and have to stump up the excess.

Screw the traffic don't let them go anywhere until at the very least you have a photo of the cars numberplate and damage .

I'm having enough trouble getting an excess back from QBE from June when some pole smoker knocked me off the Gixxer at a stop sign. Won't give it back till they make a recovery and this asshole won't pay up. They have all his details and he has even admitted fault but still won't pay.

Don't take the risk and get the details FIRST!!!

Young bloke comes in, good references, all said he's clean etc, hard worker, hardly drinks, hasn't got licence yet but on his way.

Brings in the medical forms, says they told him the Lab ones will be in Tommorrow. Thought this is strange, as they get faxed the same day unless it's been put into the 2nd stage of testing.

So they come through next day, positive to cannabis and some sort of Amphetimines. I get a call from HR not to employ etc. So I ring him to let him know the bad news, he said on the lines of " Oh that's no good, should not of gone to the party "

Now, if you were knowing you had a medical/drug + alcohol test the next day, and you really wanted the job you were going for, would you go for a bender ? I don't understand a lot of the younger generation anymore.
