Ive been on the dole, its not fun, get treated like shit, despite best efforts to get a job, people still treat you like shit. Attitudes like his dont help.
Granted there is alot of dole bludgers, but theres plenty of people trying their best too.

Doesnt make any sense to me either but I think years of good boom times and work options has made people swan around with this belief they can just walk in to any job and demand anything they want.

Seems nobody gets taught any personal responsibility these days hence why people go to work drunk from the night before and have an accident or mess something up which forces the company to implement random drug / alchohol testing just to protect themselves from the terminally stupid.

As for the dole...I have no problem with the genuinely needy but I absolutely can not stand the people that claim every benefit under the sun with no intention of working or trying to get back in to work.
As a tax payer I would have no problem using the system I PAID for and I feel that it would be my right to do so but again if you have not put in to the system and your just full of excuses of why you cant / wont work why should you be able to sign on?
Again this is something that comes from years and years of good boom times and people not being expected to take some responsibility for themselves.

well on the flipside when i first started at my company I was just told I was doing a medical. No one mentioned what was involved and i did my usual morning routine of get up, have a piss.. go in and find out i need to piss in a cup. Some of these tards might not have realised what was involved

Exactly. I actually start my new job on Monday at the De-Sal plant in Binningup, if the young kid thought it was hard to get in into this shop, he'd have sweet fuck all chance getting on site out there ! Was one of the hardest places to get a job for !
