Our BP ones are limited to 91 only because our fleet has no vehicles that require premium. Our supervisor cards are open though - but are audited monthly and any non 91 fuel expenses chased down for explanation.

Site specific fuel cards would never work for us.

ROFL at some idiots out there !!
prolly the dumbest thing anyone heres done thank fuck is our office manager trying to get our front door lock to stop sticking.. usually takes a few hard turns to unlock so she decides to dry lube it with graphite from a pencil.. not a bad idea really if she used the graphite only, but she just jammed the pencil into the keyhole getting splinters and all sorts of shit stuck in it so the door cant even be locked.. she then decides to rinse it out with beer which doesnt work either.. net result 6pm friday door wont lock so she has to wait for a 24 hr locksmith and pay for it all to be replaced etc haha.. nowhere near as bad as some on here tho haha

I had one guy drive home drunk as 10 men on Tuesday night and he got an absolute dressing down about it. Anyways he took off to the pub again at lunch time today with some clients and has left his vehicle in our yard to come and grab it tonite. I have parked him in and am going to take his keys and phone off him and tell him to go and work at another site close to his home on labourers wages for a month. Maybe then he will realise I am serious.
