Our very bright employee, who never seems to learn anything, amazed us the other day.

When it gets windy, our front door blows open a lot, so we got a door handle put on it to latch it closed.

We sent him out the front to sweep up, and he got stuck at the door for 2 minutes because he couldnt figure out how to open it

Our boss is away today, so we had one employee today just sit in her office, talk on the phone, go on Horse forums, arrange all this stuff for her horses...he husband comes in & they have some morning tea, make more calls...and decide to go down the street to get a coffee & pick up a few other things.

Cut to Boss driving into work as mid-morning flight was missed, seeing said employee come out of shops with husband, shopping & coffee. He then came back in to wait in her office for her, saw all the Horse websites, magazines etc...

Needless to say she dropped her coffee when they came in.

10 years of working as a Professional is now under discussion in the next office.

+10 points fucktard.

One of my staff forgot the alarm code after I asked him to start work at 4am in the morning, he also forgot his phone that morning. The alarm is monitored so he had the owner out of bed at 4am in the morning while he stood with the police. He had only been working for us for about 3 years and is usually the first one in every morning to turn the alarm off. Big night much haha

Needless to say he no longer fills the trucks.
I have had this but I changed all our fuel cards so they will only get diesel. Always good for a laugh when they get to the counter and cant pay for it. I tell them to pay for it themselves and they are welcome to do whatever they want with it.

We used to let the retards mix their own 2 stroke fuel. 2 problems here. They cant seem to work out the colour codes on the jerry cans (i.e. we blew up shit loads of line trimmers by using two stroke) and we used to go through an inordinate amount of unleaded. Fix was to take all the unleaded jerry's off them and get the mechanics to pre mix two stroke in 44 gallon drums. Now when I think someone is pinching the two stroke for their car I jsut get the mechanics to make up a couple of drums with caster based 2 stroke oil. Then you just walk through the car park in the morning and smell the serenity.
