meh.. lack of competition in WA.. its to be expected really - regardless of the quality of service, you're dealing with humans, always potential for slipups.

I just don't get bagging workshops, especially well established ones on a forum where for every bad experience there is 50 good ones. Probably easier just not to give them anymore of your money...

Must say I havent dealt with them yet but will definately head over to see them sometime. At the end of the day if they were hopeless they wouldn't be in business still. There's not a lot of competition but there is still enough to give customers an option.

Suck it up and just go somewhere else, and perhaps try find a part number of your part first, if not remove it and take it in like everyone says. Just makes sense.

in before close.... never had problems with them, always looked after me had a problem with a diff and gearbox an they exchanged it after 3months because i was working away.. top blokes in my eyes....
