I used to work for JWS and I could tell you lots of stories, many good, some not...

but I am not going elaborate on this because you are all entitled to your own opinions.

hopefully they are based on actual experiences not hearsay??

What amazes me is that if this thread had been about the belovered ASG it would be LOCKED by now.

DON'T get me wrong I have no qualms, ill feelings or disrespect for Sean, Nick or ASG.

The mods do have a life outside P-WRX and probably haven't seen it yet.

In saying that, there is a right to free speech and the thread starter is most welcome to have his say on what transpired. Point of the matter is what we have is just his version of events.

Yes JWS should know the exact product he requires. The fact that they can't be right 100% of the time is part of being human and for that there is no right to slandar them at all. Considering that there are so many variants of the same part model to model and version to version, one should be able to forgive and UNDERSTAND that they should have been a bit more prepared when chasing up parts. If someone knew the exact part someone else was looking for 100% of the time they would be an invaluable source to any business.

From my dealings with JWS there is far more to the story than being glorified here. For one of ther blokes to say "well good luck finding it elsewhere and we'll charge you more when you come back" there would have to be some choice words said preceeding that satement, if it is in fact a statement. Something along the lines of "you guys are fucked, I asked for this part and you fucked up" perhaps?
