Chuck up a pic of the worst panel. Unless you can see the clear coat peeling it may just be heavily oxidised. If that's the case it would need a good polish with something like Meguairs Ultimate Compound to bring it back to decent, then go over with whatever floats your boat.

yeah I will in a couple of days, theres no peeling and it actually looks a little better than first appearance, so polish then wax with anything decent eh?

If the paints pretty fubar by hand would be your best option 'the less you remove the better'.

Get some pics up man, its hard to tell otherwise.

brake dust...

anyone used sonax wheel cleaner? made in germany spray on hose off...

any other recommendations other than the one's already mentioned?

Yup I used it (white rims, a lot of brake dust) and it came up unbelivably good. I used a brush to aggitate it a bit and to get into those corners.

^ sweet thanks addy. seen it at the clearance section at repco bibra lake for $12.90... i have a bit of baked in brake dust, will see what this product can do.

so you just do what the bottle say's, spray on, agitate, leave on for around 5 then pressure blast it off?

When it's all done consider using a wheel protector/sealant. makes it much easier to remove brake dust without to much effort.
