Probably not a 4 year apprenticeship purely doing vinyl, but more than likely a major part of a sign writing apprenticeship.

It's not something you'd get right on the first job, not saying anyone couldn't do it, but knowing the ins/outs of how to work it properly and leaving a flawless finish... That's the hard bit!

Started a wrap with a friend on his Ford Ranger. Matte Blue Avery, 16 Meters of the stuff.

Last night we washed and claybarred the car, pulled off the fenders, front bumper, headlights, and grille. We split the bumper into 2 and removed the foglight covers.

We then wrapped the bonnet - wrapping the bonnet itself took us about 45minutes.



Going back tonight to continue.

That stuff is very fluro. It almost looks like its photoshopped lol.

I think its just the lighting - your not the first to say that either. Its a matte sky blue. Same colour as my company's logo.
