Dan any luck? I've got some stuff for you that can bypass the preloader and allow you to sync your wiimote.

Nothing mate, the latest idea from the modder didn't work. I need to pick it up. It is in Gosnells.

As soon as I get it back I will let you know, would love to get this going, the kid is still crying, the missus is pissed. I need it fixed baad

I dont really want to attempt all that my self. Does anyone here want to do it for me

and how much ? after mine i will probably have another 3 or 4 wiis to mod which you can charge for.

You can't re-sync the wiimote in systemmenu cos thats what's corrupt. There is no system menu that works on the machine. Need a system menu on it in order to fix it. Can't get one one till they release a new version as it won't install a system menu unless it detects that the system menu you're installing is newer than the one on the machine.
Keep looking. I've still got another week of low bandwidth so I'm not gonna be downloading anything to try till that's sorted.

I'm assuming that when it finally gets a new system menu on it that'll include the ability to re-sync the wiimote. It "should" detect and install a new system menu automatically from a disk that has one. I'm only guessing though from what I've read.

Fak... would have helped if he mentioned the systemmenu was stuffed up.

I would have thought there would be a way of getting your hands on another good wii and cloning the operating system across to yours.
