How much porting has been done to the heads Tino?

On the first page it just say's 2L heads and cams etc. It seems that your power and torque curves are ramped up awesomely until 5000rpm and then it begins to flatten out (I read it as choke up). Too much gas trying to get out and affecting the next ignition perhaps? Just thinking this way because with your massive turbooooh + big cams power should be ramping up later rather than sooner.

Oh, and ~500awhp on BP's finest is awesome work

May be a silly question but how do you go changing from pump fuel to race fuel? do you empty the tank or just wait till it's pretty low then put the race fuel in & hope for the best, also do they mix well?

Im not unhappy with it, just spewing we have reached the limit on pump fuel, u was hoping we could get around 550 on pump but we cant throw anytiming in if we increase boost as it will ping..

But for the street its a weapon in anycase.. For racing i will be running race fuel or E85 in anycase..

My other tilton was twin plate also. It takes a little bit of getting used to, if you have never driven a car with twin plate you will surely stall it repeatedly until you drive it a bit.. ahahh

That first page is ancient mate. Tony knight has CNC ported the heads and they flow on par or slightly better than the cosworth heads.

Speaking to Tony he thinks that simply cant put enough timing into the pump fuel tune. This is preventing us making anymore power as if your raise boost it starts to ping.

With the head and turbo setup, in theory should be more efficient than the old setup and that is clearly seen on the plot against the old race fuel tune.

I think Race fuel tune will really show what the limits are on this setup.

Drain the fuel tank under the car, then prime the lines until all the fuel comes out. Chuck in race fuel..

At some stage Im going to actually put a valve onto the surge tank to direct the fuel from there rather than having to drain the tank.
