Dougy knows what hes talking about. Its a very hard access point and this has been the first time that this has happened since it was installed a good year ago. So I dont think its a problem of the fasterners just bad luck. Its an easy although time consuming fix, but is only minor in the grand scheme of things.

I've had some success with an exhaust to turbo manifold flange nut using Loctite 262. It's a super stud locker. Might be worth a look.

Or something like this. Copper compression lock luts.
