I'll pull it apart tomorrow and we'll see what's what. Mine's done the same thing twice and both times when the box cooled down it just came out. I never went from the limiter in second back to first though Mine gets stuck between 4th and 5th.
One thing dog boxes don't forgive is hitting the wrong gear. A synchro box will baulk if you try something like that but a dog box just says "you're the boss, you know what you're doing" FKN BANG!

Yeah I hired it for an hour. Car pretty much didnt stop the whole time

trust me, it is! apart from the aforementioned issue :P

gearset is fine, just the selectors. we'll see what happens when the man with the shovel pulls it apart, either just push everything back into the right spot or i'll start saving for some aftermarket selectors, and research if there is a way to stop it *over* selecting. its a full 1st to 5th helical cut dog engagement box, hence the clutchless shifting video

no dramas apart from being stuck in first. that was the whole idea of the testing day, see what would break. the dual avcs is currently doing 0, and we converted it back to cable throttle about a year ago :P
