Typical, glovey doesn't fit properly. Does anyone out there have a glove box that shuts properly?

Nah it fits ok, the whole thing is just sort of propped in their at the moment, note the $34 drill holding up the drivers side and the centre console just lying in position. It'll be in and out a few more times before its done up properly. Just wanted to put it all in for a bit of inspiration.

the MY98 fan and aircon boxes fit in, pity the outlets for the heater core don't...

Those heater outlets will fit. They may have been bent while it was rolling around on the floor of your garage (instead of neatly labelled, boxed and shelved like the stuff in my garage...lol)

Just push them around until they fit.

Hmmm, dont recall having that prob when I did my conversion. I used late 98 dash and a/c in the 96 shell. Only real mod I did was the steering column and dash mount points.
