Got back from Karratha today and some goodies had been delivered.

The thought has been for a few weeks... my TD04 doesn't fit, so what turbo is definately going to fit with an 08/09 STI Intercooler?

an 08/09 STI turbo of course! One IHI VF48 please





Also, my stock up-pipe has an annoying rattle, so I've got a Kando Dynamics Tomei copy equal length exhaust manifold to replace it!



Planning on getting the manifold heat coated and maybe if I find the time a PNP of the turbo exhaust housing. I'm tempted to just slap it on though. I've got a few weeks before the first round of Evo vs WRX...

Definately do what you can to get it all coated now. Will be a challenge to find the time to pull it all off the car later to do it at a later date.

Looks very nice. Love that setup! Think i would have preferred to see you stick with the ts td04 though just for a try.
