Would have expected more out of the VF34 .. I am getting just about the same on the TD04L @ 17.5psi

It's not always about the number mate.....what's under the graph line for both power & torque is what's most important.....I wouldn't expect a TD04 to keep pulling like the VF34 after 5500rpm....most well tuned 2.0L with TD04's are getting between 200-220whp max with supporting mods....what are you making Rich?

226.7hp @ 17psi with TD04 on a GC8. I was under the impression that the GDB were bigger TD04's? (that being L instead of H?)

Like I said it's quite a safe tune, and the guys at ASG only spent 3 hours on it. I just wanted a good everyday car. If I got them to spend more time on it i'm sure they could squeeze some more out of it. Also I still have factory top mount, BOV and intake pipe which is the limiting factor here.

I'm happy with the results though.

Good to hear mate.

I'm sure your car would have more kick that mine .. 3 hours is a long time .. Must have been issues?

I had mine on the dyno for a grand total of 30 minutes if that!

They charged 3 hours, maybe they only spent 30 mins!
