Starting with a block that has fatigue issues over 550nm, you're off to a bad start. Unless block strengthening in the 10k region is in your budget, the sky's your limit.

Haha i said my mate was making 450HP and i also said i wanted to beat him, so i think everyone assumed a power of 450, i know i wont need this much to beat him as he is RWD and il have AWD but anywhere upto 450 but over 350HP will be great, i had a BF XR8 making over 300HP at the wheels and was running 13.2 no where near quick enough ! i wanna see 10-11's..........

As for my budget, i will be budgetting between 5-10k$ for the initiall mods eg exhaust, fuel pump, injectors and tune..... then get used to it and thenpush for more power, id say my goal is as much power as it takes to make it into 10second 1/4miles

The car will mainly be a 1/4mile drag car, with street performance needed, and some track days..... (got a mate with a MR2 V6TT to chase on the track and 2 mates to chase at the drags Stroked V8 and RX7) lol

10's-11's... Get a bigger budget.

10k will cover that easily but don't expect anything more than a high 12 low 13 without a bigger turbo.
