Hey Mate, I'm an accountant now, but my fathers been an owner operater of a Panel and Paint Shop for around 40years so I basicly grew up around cars, I did a panel beating apprenticeship when I was younger as well but got out of the industry as the fumes go straight through me.
I have been witness to a lot of jobs that my father has undertaken for people (where he wasnt consulted before hand), whom have bought wrecks and tried to piece them together for a quote unquote cheap vehicle (it rarely works out that way).
Also like most others was always pushing to buy a nice car as a wreck when I was younger to clean up for use, my father always made me see sense as we would sit down after spending a lot of time sussing out the vehicle and associated costs to just get it to roadworthy condition.

Sorry mate I'ed have to disagree with you. Its impossible to see the fully extent of the damage from just a picture, and its the damage that you cant see that'll send you into a tailspin
