Pretty much - when you go from TM to FM then back to TM you realise how fucked up it really is.

As for the X water spray location - ummmm, I think it sprays upwards??? Need to have a closer look...

Would also be interested in seeing results with/without waterspray.

Pretty sure waterspray is best for TMIC's, specially when you've been heatsoaking them for a few minutes. I've got mine so that it comes on only when boost is at or over 14pound.

Wouldn't harm on a FMIC though, but not as useful as what it would be on a TMIC. The whole point of a FMIC is to avoid that heatsoak from the motor so you wouldn't get the result margin compared to a TMIC.

For FMIC spray, you kinda wanna be spraying upwards so the air then disperses it into the FMIC core. You don't want to be spraying directly into it as it will only mist a tiny part of it and would be next to useless.

don't forget you'll need some sort of valve to stop the water pissing out of the nizzle as it will be lower than the res, iirc this part of the discussion is where fmic spray system falls on its arse

fuck spraying the front of your engine with water too LOL messy messy

Water/methanol injection would reap more noticeable gains if the quest for bigger power is on the list of priorities.
