Back when I had the FMIC fitted (worst mod ever BTW) I repositioned the OEM nozzle to spray down from the front bar - I doubt I used it more than a hand full of times.

I have been asked this question a few times since going FMIC, if im going to do it. Before the thread gets out of hand, has anyone done a back to back test/got results for this? I am contemplating doing it. And already having all the gear in the car, it would just be a case of extending some hoses basically.

Brent.

Do it. Anything to bring down intake temps.

It's not needed, but doesn't hurt.

TMIC + Twin Scroll = Epically Awesome.
FMIC + Single Scroll = Epically Laggy.

For the power a Subaru 'needs' TMIC is sufficient.

Meh, Ill give it a go this weekend hopefully Matt. If I can remove the original squirters/find decent replacement ones. Ill keep ya posted.

I figure seeing as im lugging everything around in the car anyway, might see if we can get some results.
