Carbotech all day. Im running the Bobcats which are the street pads. Gonna go up 1 level of aggressiveness once these wear out. Dont produce a great amount of brake dust and bites nicely after pads are warmed up. These are lasting me a while too.

Also we're about to become a sponsor on Perth WRX in the next week or two so I'll put all this pricing up then.

^ nice post. I was about to mention that you would probably be able to supply cheaper discs too. Have used Greg a few times nd have been very happy with the price, speed and his ability to let you know whats going on. Winnor.

Yep, Greg's definately great to deal with.

Ended up grabbing the RDA Slotted and QFM A1RMs.

Will be good to see how they compare to stockers. Its more than I need for daily, and a little extra for possible track work.

Can always try other combos further down the track.

They're on my car, Fobz's car, Phizzle's old car (MattyT's new car) and shortly going on Gordon's version 6.

They're being used with either ebc green's or Lucas pads.

I love mine & I think the other guys are suitably impressed / Happy.

I did crack one, but it was self inflicted (hot disc + cold water = my stupidity fail) & replaced under warranty.

Mine have done a fairly hard 20,000km & I'm down to 6mm left of the Ebc's on the front.....Rotor wear is minimal (no lip as yet).

I have used RDA's in the past and can say that the protex discs are a 'harder' grade of steel.

Expect to pay around $170 per disc for protex.
