You can have bits modified to give it a higher clamping pressure, which is what you really want to handle increased torque. Whatever you do STAY AWAY FROM BRASS BUTTON CLUTCHES and multi pucked pieces of shit. They will only cost you gearboxes, driveshafts and the like. Any heavy duty, full face organic clutch will suffice for 99.9999% of your needs

Revlimit Motorsport, ask for full face organic with modified clamping pressure. $440 plus labour I think, last time I was there ~ 18 months ago

don't quote me on this, i don't work in used cars, but this is how i understand it

In regards to the warranty, you should have been given a pink slip (statutory warranty) with the car. This covers vehicles for 3 months or 5000km's, whichever comes first. This warranty has to be given to any vehicle sold by a dealer under a certain age and km's. As i understand it, this warranty is far better than the ahg warranty that follows it and should cover the clutch even though it is a wear and tear item. Like i said dont quote me but i hope this helps

Nope, consumables are not covered at any stage of car ownership. Clutches and brake pads are designed to wear out (consumable). Drive shafts are not supposed to break but they do when you smash in 2 bar and limiter launch it onto Leach Hwy from Maccas like a fully hectic brosef does. Covered under warranty? Yes, right up until you smashed in 2 bar.
