Cheers guys have ordered the redline oil, hopefully it gets here soon. Let you know how well it feels after i have changed it.

Totally agree mate, but what I refered to was a very popular masking activity used in the XE - XD - XF Falcon (and older days), as well as the Commodores around the same era
