Thanks for the help everyone, finally figured it out..

i put the stock ecu back in and couldnt find any CEL at all, so i pulled the intercooler off again.. 3rd time this week

I removed the return hose for the bov (as i had a longer flexible hose due to the newer sti tmic and bov) and it seemed to be kinked underneath ( where i couldn't see) and was blocking off the air. I re-routed the hose and it fixed the problem.. I was finally happy i could drive it after 3 weeks..

I took it for a test drive to check everything was ok.. But NO , just my luck im still having other problems...

The reason I had changed my clutch in the first place is due to the fact I was advised, when the car was last tuned that it was on it's way out and would only have a couple of months or so left in it. Also from day one when i bought it I would feel a slight shuddering when pulling out the clutch and it has only gotten worse, to the point where it is nearly un-driveable.

After taking my car for a drive i noticed that the shudder is still there, and is as bad as ever. So it obviously isnt the clutch that is playing up.

Thinking back I thought it was odd how the old clutch once removed had worn kind of un-evenly. Also was odd thar my car already had an xtreme heavy duty clutch, meaning that somebody must have worn out the stock clutch and a heavy duty clutch in 143,000kms. It just doesnt seem right.

So now on in the process of trying to figure out what is causing the sudder when pulling out the clutch and in the process wearing the clutches unevenly.

Any info would be a great help... Cheers Rhys
