I liked it better when I thought your last name was Johansonberg (the Scandinavian Jew!)

P.S. I will post a transformation picture up when I get into the low 70kg's comparing to when I was 110kg. It is crazy and scary of how big I was, when I was at my heaviest I never knew I was that big, but now I look back and it makes me sick!

Thanks everyone

I managed to get under 78kg as at July 1st. My next goal - to be under 68kg on Saturday the 6th of October 2012. I know this may be hard, and even if I don't get under 68kg I haven't failed. The fact that I have a goal to work towards will ensure I have something to strive towards.

The 6th of October will be 1 year since I started my dieting training etc. If I am under 68kg that will mean a weight loss of 43kg over one year. This will be the lightest I have been since I played a ton of sport in year 10 of highschool (never actually weighed myself). I can't wait, because at this point I will start to increase my calories so I build me some more muscle. Good times.

Regards,
Ashby

Having read some of the hard work being done by a number of people in this thread, I've been motivated to try and drop a few kg before this summer comes around.

Eating regularly and getting a bit more sleep than usual has netted a loss of 4kg which I was rather happy with.

Running/walking/riding will be the next thing on my list!

Getting back to 80kg would be a great Christmas present to give myself

You going to have a serious crack at it?

Tyson & I did it 150km of it for something to do when we were 17/18 and we had a ball. If you build yourself up to it and have one or two people to do it with I'd highly recommend it!
