I want to lose 6-8kg by the end of September. Plan is to eat a bit healthier, lift 5 days a week, walk dogs more and try cut back on the booze.

See how it goes.

leave chicken out on the kitchen table when you go to work in the morning, eat it raw for dinner when you come home

easily drop that 6-8 kilos by the end of this month

There seems to be a few basketball players here. Anyone thought of making a P-Diddy team? Might be hard to find something central though.
Where do you play TJ?

Okay, it's 16th of June 2012, and I am under 80kg , it feels fucking good, and I should be able to get under 78kg by mid year. See the pic below of me on the scales . It has been hard, but well worth it, weight loss is getting harder, however, I will be starting to zig zag my calories to help confuse my body so that I can get down to 70kg, and maybe even a bit lower, who knows!




P.S. I will post a transformation picture up when I get into the low 70kg's comparing to when I was 110kg. It is crazy and scary of how big I was, when I was at my heaviest I never knew I was that big, but now I look back and it makes me sick!
