Did a 20km ride on Tuesday night. First time on the bike in a while so I was pleased to maintain an average speed of 20km/h. (On a mountain bike with fat tyres not on a road bike)

Finished the Ride and run legs of the Busselton 1/2 Ironman on Saturday. 90km ride and a 21km run. It hurt but was fun.

Concept 2 rowers are a great bit of gear.
I rock one of these at my gym, take up less room and aren't as loud (fan noise can get up there if someone is cranking it up) Should have given me a yell Tris, I can usually get stuff at a pretty decent price.

I have set myself the goal of losing 10kg by months end.
For the first time in months I am healthy enough to actually push myself so the plan is. -Mon basketball -Tues basketball (did 50 min in gym as well yesterday) -Wed gym (weights mostly) -Thurs PT session (mate bought me 10 as a present) -Fri day off -Sat gym (cardio) -Sun gym (weights) 3.2kg a week .. should be doable as long as I stay healthy.

Haha Ive only been to one in the last 7 weeks, and had a soda water with lime and some salad and prawns.
Big one will be avoiding booze - wasted calories along with the desire for maccas at 2am after 15 drinks.
