St John's Wort stops 'the pill' from working. TJ might get pregnant.

when was the last time you stayed home on a weekend when you weren't sick?

Having a weekend off the social scene when you're already sick doesn't count.

This has no affect, trust me I asked, and asked, and asked.

I ask as I have been told by my GP that I am on the verge!!

My level on blood test was 8, over the past 5 weeks I've had no cool drinks (Sugar), eating plenty of Almonds, last test was down to 5.9.

So I may be okay

It's no fun.

Ironic I know but get some weight off. Will help immensely.

+1 for this

When there are bugs going around, the easiest way for you to get sick is to get in a room stuffed full of people.

Add some alcohol to lower the body's defenses, and you are even more likely to catch something. Maybe chlamydia

I have drunk less this year than the last 5 years - I drank new years day, Malaysia for the F1, and then Sat night, so booze isnt an issue.

Havent been out partying much or the like as said. Few people at work have it I think so its come from here and then spread.

Could be time to change up your training routine then. Check out some 5x5 programs like this: Bill Starr 5x5 - Madcow Intermediate or Linear Version

Even gives you a spreadsheet to plug everything into, beast mode!

Sort your eating out. Have a good read here: Whole9 | Let us change your life. | Category Archive | Whole30

I've done a few now and can assure you you'll feel amazing. Pay attention to the reasons why no dairy/grains and what they can do to your bloodstream etc.

Failing that Garlic, Vitamin C and Horseradish will work pretty well too!

4 months later after struggling to get through a basic session, brings his son down (18-20yrs old?) who spews his ring up after 20 mins into a 30 min boxing session, old boy finishes like a powerhouse.

Could call that progress.
