I find the harder it is to lose the fat, and easier it is to keep off. Took me about in total 2 years to lose my 26.5kg but i will never put it back on. So help me god.

lol kym subtle bragging just to rub it in even further, in Bali at the moment so walking just about everywhere should keep me fairly fit. But wimbledon p-wrx championship sounds good. Eric... keep dreaming you'll never win

Everyone sounds like they are doing well though... as long as your getting fit and are happy, thats the important thing.

yeah before i went to the US for a holiday over christmas was running 3-4 times a week with a bike ride 2-3 times a week strict diet with no carbs after 1pm so it was basically stuff like salads and chicken for dinner ....was told to have my main meal for the day at lunch time and ceral and fruit for breakfast and at least 3L of water a day... cut out all fast food and drinking (hurt the most ) .

i went to cohen's( not sure about spelling) in applecross and did a blood test as well as some other shit like x-rays to determine a weight that would be about right for my body type because if your 6' 2" like me and have a big build and you try to weigh 70KGs your not going to look healthy !! .... so basically i was told anywhere between 95-105 should be my target figure...soooo before i went on the holiday in 6 weeks had lost 9kgs think i lost almost 5 in the first week!! ....then i put most of it back on whilst i was over there really need to start back up and get rid of the spare tyre !!
