I was hoping it would be less. Trying to find a surface that i can use both internally and externally, for that large area flow on effect. All in the planning stages for the house to be started very early next year. Anyone have ideas of what poured limestone and or boring old concrete works out per sqm metre? Cheers for the info guys. The last home i built with Dale alcock 7years ago now 237sqm of living complete in 13 weeks from slab down - No issues at all surprisingly |

But working of those prices and my tiling prices (which does not include labour...) up for around 21 grand of hard internal/external floor surfaces no including wet areas. I hate adding things up seperately always seems like more. |

Liquid limestone is awful. Give it two/three years and the stuff will crack.

It is also weaker than the comparable mpa concrete. i.e. if you are using it on a driveway they need to spec up the mpa rating to give it some strength, or add rio or make it thicker. Brendon

Can you imagine the response you'll get once they have all your money and you're phoning them up about a dripping tap. Everything is all OK, you hand over final cheque then you move in. |

yeah driveways should be 100mm thick and with Rio through it as well. I did 100mm around the whole house anyway and rio in main areas of traffic.
I didn't pay $100sqm but i know the dude. So i was lucky. |

Definitely not going pavers in my next house. I have Fremantle stone and it all went mouldy - had to pressure clean and seal after a few years and need to do every few. Saw at a display home recently that the liquid limestone also goes mouldy. Concrete or this aggregate stuff seems to be a good option.

a) Rio is a car made by Kia .... your thinking of reo bar. Going by your pics you put slab mesh in. 2 completely different products. b) No need to have 100mm around your whole house. Thats over kill. 80mm with mesh is more than adequate for a patio and garden shed area.
