Was thinking about seeing it through, but I'm fed up with having no reception at all in my own house & at work.
What's the point of owning a phone if you can't use it! Can't make or receive calls or messages. Ridiculous. - I got my phone through Crazy Johns, so the process of getting out of contract may be harder as there is another step in the process. They have advised me to have the SIM card replaced and possibly even send the phone off for repair - they are putting it down to a hardware 'glitch'. So full of shit. Looking at Telstra plans, they have definitely stepped it up in terms of value! Most of the cap plans have unlimited text, and the cap limit is pretty similar to that of Vodafail. Never had any dramas with Vodafone. Both mine and the wife's phones have been with Vodafone for at least 5 years.

Well further to my last post, I just received my Vodafone bill, as they said, 3 months free access has been applied.
The bill pretty much reads: Monthly Plans & Services $79 Unlimited Cap 24 Mth $71.81 Credits and Adjustments Subscription level $ discount on Recurring Charges $71.81 CR Leaving me a grand total of $13.81 to pay (Non included Call diversions to my telstra mobile) |

gotta be happy with that.
With my free 3 months, I will just wait out their upgrades now. see where it goes. Telstra will always be there waiting. |

Well got an sms from Vodafone today
saying due to your TIO complaint your services are no longer locked in contracts and are free to leave. Yeah boi so not only have i got the next few months free but i am no longer in contract. I am however just goign to hold out till july and see if they improve. |

Should I hold on to see what Crazy Johns/Vodafone can do to resolve my problem?

should be getting my Samsung 10.1v tablet shipped tomorrow. Hopefully vodaphone dont fail on delivery time.
