the exhaust fabrication is all finished. has anyone ever seen such quality? it has taken a little longer but how can you argue with the results!

its being dropped off at the polishers this afternoon. high quality hand polish with a clear coat sprayed to protect the finish.

when its finally on the car in all its glory ill post decent photos, for now, polarbear spec!

Looks awesome but absolutely no point putting nylock nuts on the turbo housing as she gets pretty hot and will melt the nylon bit real quick. Wont do any damage but you dont achieve anything by having them there.

Cant wait to see this thing at full noise.

spent some time today coming up with a few ideas on how to strengthen the new rear cross member by welding gussets and boxing everything in. the crease line is a natural weak point and its amazing that ford make these things out of recycled coke cans its so thin in places.
