I myself use Signature RC Liquid mask but there are other brands out there.
Simply brush on a few heavy coats, let it dry then using a sharp hobby knife/scalpel cut out your designs.
No bleed throughs and you can do some very highly detailed work.

^^ You can also use PVA wood glue as a mask.

Some updates from my twin betty build... both are now pretty much finished and unfortunately didn't turn out as nicely as I thought.. plus have already destroyed the white one crashing it today into a fence haha.

Its early days as far as getting the shells neat goes but still look good dude.
I use a dremel to get my wheel arches right and you are quite welcome to borrow it in future dude.

Loved my Silvia today, looks sweet in the metalic green. You can see that the Yokomo plastic is high grade, had a few bangs but no damage at all really. Couple of scrapes that will polish out.

That would be awesome.. I'm thinking of ordering some more Betty Shells once I buy more parts from RC-Mart. They are so cheap I can have a whole pile of them haha.

Yeah... Definitely need multiple coats Mitch! I did two of each colour, but I reckon I'll do at least 3 next time!.. Better masking required as well!

Gav from GT Graphics hooked me up with some carbon vinyl and a few little plates!
Also, new brushless motor and ESC rolled up yesterday!!
