I had that in mine, headlights. Melted the tips. I took in to an auto electrician they checked it out but it wasnt getting any voltage spikes so they just replaced the bulbs and never had a problem...

this is how my CAI is set up with the AFM facing the front of the car. im not getting any problems

only thing is you need to take off complete bumper to install.

does take awhile to fit in.
