Nice buy Kym, I have had a few Rolluxes over the years and with the Tojo TD put on either a Tunit or Detronic piggy back computer. I also had a 2 1/5" system and snorkel on mine and she was fantastic with plenty of guts to get out of anything.

http://www.safarisnorkel.com/dtronic/toyota/sd143.htm

http://www.tunit.com.au/index.php

Depending on what set up you have they can tune to suit, ie exhaust
Price is about $1800 from memory but you can buy online and save about $300.
And you really do notice the difference....
Also try perth4x4.com some good blokes on there...

Corbz,

I have been out to Alkimos a couple of times on the sand. Other than that, I haven't really had much of an oppertunity.

Goes well thru the sand, but I think having the mud tyres on there lets it down a tad, as they churn the sand big time. But I am looking forward to heading out to the powerlines track, now that they have a bit of mud over it.

This will go hard at powerlines.

Do you like water?? There is plenty of it out there. Powerlines is extemely fun, just be prepared to get some damage. maybe a side step maybe some panel. But you will get some damage.

Ahhhh i need to pull the cobwebs off the patrol.

i would like to hope i don't damage it, as its all pretty high off the ground to avoid it, and i don't plan on going stupid especially since its been a while since i have owned a big 4x4 to do this stuff in, so i probably lack a bit of experience. I want to just take it easy, and learn on the easier stuff, before i think of tackling anything too hairy..

Bought all my stereo gear the other day, so it should be installed in a few weeks once i move and come back from overseas. I am so sick of driving around without some background noise/music.
