^ Beat me to it much.... lol.
I put in 'limited' details last night, as a bit of a fish to see what people thought. Tode (I think his name is), was first to see it wasnt quite right. So yeah mate, low boost is the reason behind low number/s. At 12psi, the turbo is still nowhere near breaking a sweat... Now... I am going to tread carefully here, as I dont want to start a "x workshop is better than y workshop"... and dont want to enter a pissing war... but... Ater 2-3 hours on the rolling road at MMS, with several people scratching their heads, it was decided there was most likely an exhaust blockage, (weird, as headers/up pipe/exhaust are all brand new), or the turbo/actuator was shagged. (again - weird - as its brand spankers as well). It wasnt till the car returned to Ozzy Park, that it was seen *apparently* the BCS lines were hooked up incorrectly... But, suffice to say, another Motec workshop is getting the call very shortly... ie now... to book a tune in, wind in the boost, and see what happens. On the plus side, with all the correct sensors in the car, wideband lambda, AVCS control, data logging and whatnot all unlocked, (NOT advanced functions... yet... ) and the car already tuned for 13psi, it *should* be a case of drive in, strap it down, boost in, add fuel, bingo. Its been a hell of a ride... lol. But, to anyone thinking about getting into DIY... it really ISNT hard, and it IS a lot of fun... and you have the ability to learn a LOT along the way. In terms of the car... and yourself. Brent.

Thursday next week.................. its 'game on moles'...
At least having the car back though in my garage, the couple of minor things I want to remedy, I can, and then I can look at a couple of the quirks it displayed last night. This will make the wait much more bearable. Brent.

258hp off 12psi out of an 06-20G is great work there Brent! Turbo would hardly even spinning at 12psi. Wait till you pump it to 20-22.. you'll be looking at 330hp + I recon!! That's 250 killawasps! Nice one!
