Cheers for that JDM

And Matt, the ECU is currently a PFC, but could be getting changed to a Vipec when it returns to Perth. In regards to the inlet manifold, I was under the impression that all manifolds were made equal, but if that's not the case, will an MY01+ manifold suit V5 STi heads? Also I'm of the understanding that decapped injectors are stockers with the ends taken off? If that is the case, would that not affect the misting properties of the injector?

- The gd manifolds will fit, shaped are a little bit different, the main interesting bit being your 99 will be side feed, the gd with be top feed. I also haven't been paying attention if you are keeping that top mount, but it will fit a little bit better with a GD manifold.
-yes Decapped injectors are the stock 440cc injectors with the end removed and they flow 816cc, but behave and can be tuned like stock injectors.
- No, as has been proven many times.

also there isnt anywhere to mount your coilpack

Agree 100% with Jester. I'm also not a fan of the chicken wire you have all over the front end.

Oh, and any rims would look better than those on there now. It wouldn't be a hard decision

Otherwise, its a great looking car!

Ah, I see I see. Well in that case I'll need to find myself a GD manifold and top feed injectors. In regards to the coil pack placement I'll get to that when the time arrives. Also I'm not running the APS top mount anymore, and have a new TMIC going in it's place.

Oh, and yes Kym, I'm aware of the look of the rims. I'm currently photochopping a few different sets onto the car to see how it looks. But that will be a modification once the car is actually rolling again.

I'm not interested in 18's. Nor am I too concerned at the moment, as I have said many times.

Would anyone be able to supply me with a complete list of all items on an intake manifold? And whether there are any differences between the 02 through to 05 at all? I've taken your advice Matt, but trying to get a complete 'fold is proving tricky, so may have to get some parts seperately.

Hai all, I'm trying to find out a bit of info on my block, to make the build a little easier. From what I've been told there is a difference between a GN and EN Subaru block, and I haven't a damn clue what they're on about. Someone care to share what the difference is? Also I was wondering if anyone (namely you Rossco) has the ability to find out anything about the block from the engine number. All I've got is 480754. Any info would be pretty helpful.

Cheers, Alex.
