Your 98 tune seems to have made 240-245kw using the same peak boost? (24-25psi). Dom 1.5, yeh?

Correct, there is only one boost taper map, just different timing/fuel values as the flex sensor detects more or less e85

So many differences/mods between our two engines it's not really a fair comparison.

Impressive gains on e85, 4O kW and 1OO+ nm.

Have you changed much in the fuel system apart from the usual? Anything to prevent any corrosion etc? Or does the ability to run a tank of 98 once a month and flush the system negate the need?
