From the image I've posted of my install, I've probably got the breather can on the wrong side next to the I/C there, will move it to the opposite side in the future or get rid of that breather can completely.

as has been said if the header breather tank is on the right side you will have no issues . If your motor is going to fill even 200ml in 2 - 4 hot laps you have alot more to worry about than oil catch cans.
Fully built 600 hp race motors that have 8500-9000+ redlines may have a slight issue of excess oil but only untill reaching operating temperature , due to larger clearences and tolerances to allow higher oil pressure and expansion of parts due to RACECAR. Thats why they have a setup like Daz has spoken about in his build with the breather and pipe running under the car .If your stock STI motor with bolt on mods is eating or bypassing oil like fuel you have other issues. I think your setup will be fine RJ it will reduce the oil return into the engine massively the kit for emptying is more convenience . |

Did No Limits last night, what a blast!
Clocked long track at 1.12.57 and short track at 60.56. I only got one proper run at the long track alone in the car as previous runs was getting some more coaching from Rob...with the cars on the track in that run I had to back off couple of times so can definitely do better. Short track did a few good laps but towards the end of the night when I really started putting down ~60s, I didn't get to go back out to improve as I started having heaps fuel cut in the next run...by the time I went back after filling up with the jerry(thanks Simon!), the night was over, no one left early so the queues were still there. Thanks to Rob Parker and Dave Christian for some super tips/strategies on the track, makes a big difference...cheers for a great night Highlight of the night is Brockas smashing 53secs on road continentals being faster than other racecars on r-comps, I'm starting a piggybank for an R35
