I have never had a problem with Jezza, in fact he goes WAYYY beyond the call of any retailer I know. I am actually dealing with him on an issue with my radar which was purchased from him well over 2 years ago and he is still willing to help.

Like what was previously said, tough titties, if some shitbag stole your mail then it is not Delonix's fault. You should have requested Insurance and Registered post upon buying the product.

Delonix was very helpful, I agree... But at the one of the day I'm not getting full refund. That's what make me unhappy... Delonix wasn't providing any options for the delivery method, and all sudden it delivers by Australia Post, not Registered post.....

Sorry to hear about the problems you've encountered Monza. I'd be chasing Australia Post about this one... you can report a missing parcel over the phone.

I have personally bought many items from Jeremy @ Delonix and have never had an issue. I have heard nothing but praise for Jeremy and the way he conducts his business. I'm sure that he is doing everything he can to fix the problem.

Hopefully Australia Post can help you out mate.

+1 for the above. Dealt with him plenty of times, never had any issues whatsoever and would not hestitate to recommend him.

As has already been discussed this is Australia Posts fault chase them up.
