Default Bad experience from buying radar from Delonix

I have very bad experience from buying radar from Delonix Australia. I bought the radar online on June 29, 2009. The Delonix shipped the radar within 24 hours through Australia Post, unfortunately I never receive the radar. I started to track down the radar by contacting Delonix and they logged the problem with Australia Post. The Australia Post claimed that they have delivered the radar into my address and unfortunately someone steals it. I never receive anything at from Australia Post and I start to chase the refund from Delonix, after days and days waiting for the refund, finally I only got $61, which is not the whole amount. I paid for $220.00 for the radar.

I need advise from anyone, how do I get my money back???

I have logged the complaint to Customer Protection.

Cheers,
Monza

So australia post delivered it.

It gets knocked off.

You want a refund from the seller..

I say tough luck mate. The seller can not be responsible for australia posts fuckups. Pay a little more for registered post in the future.

One of the pitfalls of online shopping. Maybe support your local businesses instead
