I wouldn't be scared off buying online mate. Its just a lesson to request postage with tracking and some insurance is all. I buy so much stuff online but if it is of value over $50 i generally ask for registered or express with tracking number etc depends on the item im getting,

If they dont offer it then request it before u buy.
