Air con fan developing an Awesome burning smell and a knock. Guess it's time to test out VW warranty.

Also home builders shit me. I should have been in my house for this Xmas.

Dave's bricks were laid about 4 months ago if i am not mistaken.
Zero work has happened on site since. Except for some timber rocking up to do the roof frame which should have been done about 4 months ago also....

Pad laid in May. Brickwork was complete by the end of June. timber has been onsite since the end of October, roof isn't "scheduled" now until mid January.
I would have waited 7months by January to get a roof fitted to the house, if they actually fit it january......which I doubt.
