Cool thanks for that. I have seen that website before but they didn't mention the access to the jack (only the spare).

Ps. for anyone interested they do 12" enclosures too.

okay people made the amp racks today one amp is still in the car as i refuse to go without music lol

just imagine one amp on either side this will give an idea of finished box product ; D

THERE WILL BE A BLACK FACEPLATE COVERING THE WOOD YOU NOW SEE.

Step 4

this step depends on your amplifiers shape but what i did was trace my amplifier all the way around then add 19mm on either side for rails to attach the face plate when i make it i left the rails slightly shorter then the amps height as i wanted the face of the amp to stick out as the sub will also. i cut 20 mm into the ends of the board the amp sits on to give easier access to the witting and rya sockets on either side.

as seen in the picture each amp will bolt to the side of the sub box a little higher then shown but similar.

not very neat but sturdy and will do the trick

this photo was taken prematurely as i accidentally split the rail make sure you drill far enough in when pre drilling holes so this doesn't happen i had to replace the rail after this and it was just time wasted so don't rush and do everything properly : D

imagine another amp along side the sub

Don't want to sound like a nanna or anything, but how much is the install going to weigh once completed?
