yeah i know clint, just would have thought it would be higher though...

so far ive come up with these possible issues:

1) Cams may need to be centered
2) Headers may be restrictive
3) Manifold may be restrictive
4) Dumpipe may be too small i.e 3" maybe increase to 4" then into 3.5??

Im going to have a chat with the guy that made the manifold and see what he has to say...

If cams where not centred it would of been picked up right away.

I wouldnt hold much weight in what that guy has to say.

We have changed the inlet manifold, ported heads, over size valves and larger cams??

All runs were done in 5th gear and on 98 RON BP ultimate.

As for driving it is very responsive and 4th and 5th gear is scary fast.. Ill get a better appreciation when there is little traffic around in the days to come..

A couple of issues, the intake coupler needs to be changed to a silcone one, but that was all we could find in short notice. Will order one shortly.

I will also get a comparison of a roller dyno in the days to come..

Vid of the 505hp atw run:

Pete is bloody quick, so no arguments there, but i hate having issues when i thought we covered any possible restrictions..

Maybe because of in the clip you took, you can see as boost builds, the piping into the inlet looks like it's going to come off.

Sure, you have a weird coupler, but it's still a sign of a restriction? Changing it to a silicone item or something which will prevent that will only push it further back, possibly causing surge?

Dunno .. Ask ASG, best option

hmmm thats a valid point... however is it aslo because there is so much pressure running through the pipes, that the joiner not being re-enforced swells up because of it??

I think i may chuck on the stock manifold and see if that improves things..

Is it possible to prove that it's the inlet manifold by taking it off, having it flow tested? And then calculate the CFM output of your turbo at full boost and then compare ..
