yeah i know clint, just would have thought it would be higher though... so far ive come up with these possible issues: 1) Cams may need to be centered 2) Headers may be restrictive 3) Manifold may be restrictive 4) Dumpipe may be too small i.e 3" maybe increase to 4" then into 3.5?? Im going to have a chat with the guy that made the manifold and see what he has to say...

If cams where not centred it would of been picked up right away.
I wouldnt hold much weight in what that guy has to say.

Is it possible to prove that it's the inlet manifold by taking it off, having it flow tested? And then calculate the CFM output of your turbo at full boost and then compare ..
