A GTHO is an iconic car, part of Australias motoring history, a car which conquered bathurst when men were men and it was ok to slap a women.

What history do WRX's have bar being weapon of choice for ram raiding lebs in the late 90's (in australia mind you)

just my opinion and thats all id pay if i was buying one.
I'd would be hard to find a V6 with under or close to 100,000km's, most 'genuine' km's would be well over that.

This one does interest me as it has the stroker motor which I was going to do in my GC8.

Rally history?
World wide cult car?
Largest bang for buck of their time?

The 22B is the only improved value piece of relevant Subaru 'history', and in Oz you're lucky to fetch 60-70k for an unblemished low K example. Maybe in 30+ years it will start to command collector value status, until then its still a mass produced performance car. You need to remember in the grand scheme of things, a subaru 'enthusiast' is a vast minority, your captured audience isn't so great, let alone those who would spend decent folding on a 'special' subaru.

These limited to the V6 only?

Anyway back on topic, going to check out a couple of Version 6 Sti's tonight, both gunmetal, whoever is willing to negotiate will get a sale tonight

I know I will not get a bargain like Rossco, but I will try, if I want it bad enough I'm willing to pay what's fair
