You forgot.......
Rear diff oil
Sump plug washer
Upper engine cleaner
Air filter
Fuel filter
Pollen filter
At 200,000km it will almost certainly need a toothed idler and the small idler, you really should kit the whole timing assembly at that mileage.
Other common things around that km are wiper blades, lower control arm bushes, rocker cover gaskets, oil cooler O ring, radiator tank cracks, top hose, (maybe bottom hose) CV boots etc. etc.

Sounds like i might need another trip to Subaru for the other bits.

Subaru don't doing a timing kit, fuckers. How stupid?

Wiper blades, brand new.
Rocker Covers were done recently.

Anything else recommended for the 150k apart from flushing and replacing all fluids?

Not according to the guy at Subaru OSB service window on Saturday. #epicfail I even asked him if they made a kit.

Said no and added parts manually. Hrmm.

Noobs... They do it and it's reasonably priced. Part number is TBKIT1/2/3/4/5/6 etc depending on year. I think yours will be TBKIT6 from memory?
They are advertised on all Subaru trade publications along with EJ207's and other specials.
