Yeah, that's the normal going rate for a 100, but he's already had the belts and coolant changed, so there's a decent saving. It'll be around the same cost as a 50k service plus spark plugs. Check the schedule in your service logbook, it should be brake fluid flush, gearbox oil, diff oil, engine oil and filter, air filter, fuel filter, upper engine cleaner and a good check over and tighten up. I do the clutch fluid as well but it's not in the schedule.

I wouldn't recomend it at 100,000 or under 10 years old unless they are leaking. I see them leak more often when someone has scratched the camshaft levering it out with a screwdriver or knocked the new one in crooked. I say leave them be if they're still good. Remember that camshafts turn at half engine speed so they don't wear the seals out fast.

yer i thought that too, i didn't do mine when i did my timming belt than 10 thou km after they were leaking and i had to pull it all of again. its not a hard job to do, but it is something you don't like to do twice.

My 200k service is coming up, anything special required for the 200k service?

I have,

- Timing Belt
- Water Pump & Seal
- Oil
- Oil Filter
- Coolant
- Front Brake Pads (rotors f/r are new)
- Spark Plugs
- Gearbox Oil (Redline S/Proof)
- Brake Fluid

Anything else?

Was gonna throw a new radiator in too, Koyo 53mm just cause i can while the current one is out.
