Default Misfiring on boost too!

Guru's, lend me your ears.

Completed a motor swap to get my liberty running yesterday.

Took it for a drive, drove nicely, boosted fine.
Went to carwash to wash down engine bay, once hit with water idle went down a little but still even.
Drove off, car started missing on boost. Any load bringing on boost in any gear would cause a stutter.
Got it home, switched off, had a look around, nothing visibly wrong.
Turned on after 15 min, quick drive around the block, boost is back.

Today went to go for a drive. First 15 min or so all good. Then the issue returned.

Opinions on wtf is going on? I was running these through my head
-afm
-air leak somewhere (the plastic turbo pipe has a crack around base atm till i source new one
-cooler hose loose
-coilpack shagged

Tons of options really, just chasing experts ideas.

Thanks.

And so it begins....

Clean and dry the contacts for the coils onto the spark plugs

water in anyting ignition. coils, leads, under boots, anywhere. when you find what is causing the problem. dont just dry it out, replace it with a brand new one.

Pretty sure its the water in your intake. You got a pod filter? If i wash mine and water gets into my dry pod (by not having my vents on) it will hit about 4k and then feel like it hit a brick wall. Clearly its water being the common dinominator.

It goes away when it becomes dry (5 mins or so)
