Don't hate........

"The customer got the engine broken in and we did the first full 91 Octane tune yesterday. The engine has about 900 miles on it, so we didn't push things too hard. This is the first car with our twin scroll setup that we've tuned so far and I'm very pleased with the results. We were seeing full boost (19.5psi) by 4300-4400RPM in 3rd gear and managed to get it up to 390whp at the low boost levels! While the boost threshold is very impressive for a turbo this size with cams, the transient response and low end drivability is simply amazing!"

I'm just going off advice from several builders in America, they don't say the BC cams are shit specifically, more that BC are being very generous when describing their duration as >270. They are still a cost effective drop in cam, but for a little extra you could go a lot better.

how is any cam a 'drop in' if you have to machine parts of the head?

Depends on the lift (10mm+), last I spoke to Nic at ASG the Cosworth 272s for example were a 'drop in' as there was sufficient clearance in the stock head.

Will have mine on the dyno in 2 weeks hopefully (once my P20 housing arrives). If it makes near 300-320hp at the hub's with the 34/20 I'll be happy.

I expect to be running out of fuel with the stock 440's @ 1.6 bar.....I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.
